Our Manpower Outsourcing service encompasses: 

Undertaking of contract for all manpower requirements.

Obtaining registration for employer under the Contract Labour Act, 1971 enabling them to be engaged legally under contract

Obtaining license under the Contract Labour Act, in order to execute the contract for manpower outsourcing/ temporary staffing.

Ensure appropriate documentation and statutory requirements in place for establishing them as our employees.

All employees under OpulenceHR (India) Pvt. Ltd. Labour payroll are mandatorily covered under PF and ESI Acts.

Preparation of salary scales/packages, within the framework of law for minimizing the company’s burden on Provident Fund, ESIC, Bonus, Overtime, and Gratuity.

Adhering to payment of Bonus, Annual leave, Gratuity etc. with strict compliance to and maintenance of all statutory records.

Processing payroll and preparation of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF payments and related monthly/ periodic returns and submission thereof.
